What we can help with

• Will it fit. Send the wall width, the door width and a photo of the stairs. We reply with which pieces go in and which way the box turns. The sizes page has the box table if you want to check yourself.
• A wood sample. Ask for an offcut in the finish you are considering and we post it free.
• A part under guarantee. Photograph the failed part and send the order reference. Under the 5-year guarantee the part is replaced and the carriage is ours. How it works.
• Arrived damaged or short. Photograph the box and the part. The replacement ships the next working day.
• An open order. Size and finish can be changed until the piece goes into production, usually within two working days of ordering.
• A return. Start it by email; the note and the collection date come back within a working day. The policy.
